Checkout Process, Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Shipping is charged OFFLINE and added to your total cart price. Expect a call from an Aussie Claus team member within 24 hours of your online order to confirm shipping charges and order total.

Aussie Claus uses the Australia Post network, along with an array of couriers and logistics companies.

Goods are not covered for damaged and are not the responsibility of Aussie Claus once they have left our premises. Team members ensure the goods are appropriately packed and protected for their travel, although breakages and damage can sometimes still occur. There for we always recommend purchasing additional insurance with your shipping, especially on fragile items.

PAYMENTS

As our shipping is calculated offline, Aussie Claus is unable to provide a real time payment gateway for credit card purchases. To combat the ever increasing problem of credit card fraud all credit card payments are processed over the phone via our Team Members. This way, no credit card data is NOT on our servers and we remain PCI compliant.

RETURNS

Here at Aussie Claus we want every purchase to be a great experience for the customer. Therefore we have put together this Refund Policy for our valuable customers to read before they purchase online.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Standard freight does not cover for the loss or damage of goods. If you would like extra cover to guarantee the costs of your goods please notify us. If insured and goods arrive damaged, please contact us via phone, email or the contact form via our website as soon as possible. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Aussie Claus will endeavour to facilitate the damaged goods claim as soon as possible.

Faulty & Defect Stock

To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, all goods are checked before dispatch to the customer. If goods received are defect please contact us via phone, email or the contact form on our website as soon as possible. Upon inspection of item we will repair, replace or refund the item as per accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
